HOW TO APPLY FOR VOTER ID

ONLINE

  • Click on “Apply online for registration of new voter/ due to shifting from Another Constituency.”
  • Enter details and upload the required documents.
  • Click on Submit.
  • Once you submit, you will receive an email on the email address that you have provided. This email will have a link to a personal Voter ID page. You will be able to track your voter ID application through this page
  • You should ideally receive your Voter ID card in a month from your application.

OFFLINE

  • You can also collect and submit Form no.6 at the Voters’ Registration and EPIC Centre (VREC) of your Assembly Constituency, or to the closest Designated Location or your Booth Level Officer (BLO).
  • Download Form no. 6

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • One passport sized photograph
  • Identity proof – birth certificate, passport, driving license, PAN Card or high school mark sheet.
  • Address proof – ration card, passport, driving license or a utility bill (phone or electricity).
